Welcome to the blog and site for INAMBOOK.   My name is Ron Klinger and I am a man who is committed to being of service to others.  As the founder and president of Motivational Transitions, as well as other positions held, I have made a professional career of helping others.  I get great satisfaction and fulfillment by supporting others, and by helping others accomplish their goals and dreams.  In essence, what’s in it for me is about “enhancing lives through unleashing human potential”.

So, what is INAMBOOK?  INAM is short for It’s Not About Me. 

In my life journey, and more specifically as of late, I have been challenged to understand the self-serving and selfish behaviors of others.  I strive to be a servant leader in all I do.  As a result, one of my latest “what if ideas” is to write the book currently titled, Breaking the Chains of Entitlement:  It’s Not About Me.

This blog and site is a supportive tool for developing a community of like-minded individuals who also seek, like me, a change in the fabric of our culture.  A change that would gear others to be more service minded, instead of solely thinking of themselves and about what’s in it for them.  I strongly believe the world would be a better place if we were to focus on the needs of others before our own.  But that’s just me, and it’s what INAMBOOK is all about.
